About the role

Brightline is seeking a Behavioral Health Coach to provide remote support to children, teens, and their caregivers across the U.S. In this role, you will conduct one-on-one coaching sessions via video and chat, utilizing structured, evidence-based programs to teach practical skills that help families manage behavioral health challenges. You will assist families in setting and tracking SMART goals, while also offering timely support between sessions. Collaboration with therapists and psychiatric providers is essential, as you will act as a liaison to ensure families receive appropriate care. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to document interactions accurately. Coaches will work fixed shifts from either 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping families and enjoy working in a supportive, structured environment. No clinical licensure supervision is provided, making it suitable for those looking to make a direct impact without the need for clinical qualifications.
