Software Developer II

Cision is seeking a Software Developer II to work remotely, contributing to the development and enhancement of applications through AI-native workflows. In this role, you will implement .NET solutions based on high-level specifications, utilizing AI agents and GitHub Copilot to generate code and automated tests. A strong focus on quality assurance is essential, as you will maintain a "Test First" approach to ensure that the AI-generated code meets both functional and security standards. Collaboration with product and design teams is key to achieving delivery goals, and you will also work on minimizing technical debt by adhering to best practices for code maintainability. Candidates should have proficiency in Spec-Driven Development, VS Code, and GitHub Copilot, along with experience in .NET 6+, C#, SQL, Git, and RESTful web services.
