Implementation Manager

Clover Health is seeking an Implementation Manager for its remote team, focusing on the Counterpart Assistant tool designed to enhance primary care. In this role, you will manage the implementation process for new provider practices, guiding them from late-stage prospects to successful launches. Daily tasks include leading multiple concurrent projects, coordinating with various internal teams such as account management, support, product, and engineering, as well as engaging with external stakeholders like providers and clinical leads. Strong project management skills, effective communication with customers, and a solid understanding of clinical data are essential for keeping projects on track. You will also contribute to refining the implementation playbook by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The position requires technical fluency and the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve results.
