Director of Product Management, Platform

Cobalt is seeking a Director of Product Management for its Platform team, a newly established position within the Product leadership group. This role involves overseeing the product surfaces that link pentesting services to a customer's security and business infrastructure, ensuring these offerings are user-friendly and scalable. The Director will be responsible for platform architecture, managing the partner and integration ecosystem, and developing pricing and packaging strategies. Additionally, the role includes overseeing access and permissions models, as well as the operational tools and metrics that support the Product team. The successful candidate will lead a team that includes Customer Experience, Product Operations, and Platform/Integrations Product Managers. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.
