Senior HR Generalist

The Coffee House Company is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to manage various HR processes from design to execution. The ideal candidate will have over three years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in sectors like retail, hospitality, or FMCG, where frontline operations are prominent. A strong understanding of Armenian labor law and HR compliance is essential, along with proficiency in both Armenian and English; knowledge of Russian is a plus. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion. Familiarity with HRIS, HR systems, and project management tools is necessary, as is a digital mindset and the ability to leverage technology to enhance HR functions. While HR certification such as SHRM or HRCI is advantageous, it is not mandatory. This position is well-suited for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to the development of HR systems and initiatives.
