Ավագ բարիստա (Team Leader)

Cofix Armenia is hiring a full-time Senior Barista / Team Leader in Yerevan. The role focuses on overseeing service quality in the branch, handling customer feedback and complaints, checking the condition of equipment and property, and managing staff schedules, training, and daily cash handover. The company also expects monthly stock checks and close coordination with the financial team. Candidates should have at least a secondary education, one year or more of management experience, strong spoken Russian and English, knowledge of coffee culture and preparation, and good organizational and problem-solving skills.
