Procurement Operations Manager

Collibra is hiring a remote Procurement Operations Manager to oversee procurement activity across G&A, product, and engineering spend. The role covers vendor intake, contract review and renewal, purchase order and invoice administration, exception handling, and support for the company’s purchasing card program. It also involves working closely with Finance, Legal, IT, HR, Facilities, and other teams to keep procurement processes running smoothly and in line with business needs. This position is suited to someone with 4–7 years of related procurement experience who is comfortable managing vendors, resolving issues, and supporting operational processes.
