This is a brand-new role created to lead the growth and profitability of our TikTok Shop live streaming channel, and you'd be the first to own it. As our TikTok Shop Live Manager, you'll be the architect of a revenue-driving, community-building powerhouse. You'll work with an internal roster of talented creators and partner with a new agency to scale operations. You'll own the strategy, the execution, and the numbers. You'll tell stories that convert. You'll build a playbook that turns viewers into buyers. This is for someone who gets TikTok Shop inside and out, who understands the nuances of platform algorithm shifts, and who can orchestrate chaos into cohesive, profitable programming. What You'll Own Strategic direction and growth planning for TikTok Shop live streams, with clear revenue targets and KPIs Day-to-day coordination and communication with LIVE agency partners, providing strategic direction, feedback, and real-time support to ensure smooth execution of livestream initiatives Scheduling, coordination, and creative direction for live broadcasts with internal creators and agency partners Content strategy and storytelling that converts, from product positioning to promotional angles to seasonal campaigns Performance analysis and optimization, identifying what works and scaling it relentlessly KPI building and tracking to ensure profitability and growth Cross-functional leadership across Commerce, Operations, and Merchandise to align products, promotions, and programming Agency partnership management: setting expectations, measuring results, iterating fast Building and refining the playbook for TikTok Shop Live at Comfrt What We're Looking For 3 to 4 years of proven experience managing or operating TikTok Shop live streams, or an equivalent short-form commerce livestream platform Deep understanding of TikTok Shop mechanics: algorithm, commission structures, promotional levers, and creator dynamics Track record of driving revenue growth through live streaming. You know what moves the needle and why Experience managing operations across multiple dedicated TikTok Shop handles, each optimized for specific product categories or promotional efforts, ensuring strategic differentiation and coordinated scaling Comfort with ambiguity and data. You're equally fluent in analytics dashboards and gut instinct about what will engage an audience Strong communication and storytelling skills. You can translate product features into narrative moments Experience managing or collaborating with creators.
