Product Designer

This full-time position in London involves defining user experiences for Conduct’s enterprise software. The role centers on mapping complex workflows and identifying friction points within client environments. You will spend significant time with customers to understand their operational habits and thought processes. These insights serve as the foundation for creating clear interaction patterns and product features. The position requires owning the entire design loop, from initial research questions through to the final shipped product. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure the developed experiences effectively change how users operate. The company emphasizes that the primary goal is delivering clarity rather than just aesthetic appeal. No specific technical tools, prior experience levels, or formal qualifications are listed in the provided text. There are no stated language requirements for this role. The working arrangement is not explicitly defined as remote, hybrid, or office-based in the excerpt. This opportunity suits individuals who thrive in a small, talent-dense team environment with high ownership and low-ego collaboration. It is particularly encouraged for underrepresented groups in tech, as the company believes diverse teams build superior products.
