Web Developer | Full Time (m/w/d)

CONROO GmbH is seeking a full-time web developer to work remotely on their central digital platform. The company builds intelligent infrastructure that connects truck drivers, terminals, and depots through continuous data flows, replacing manual processes with real-time workflows. In this role, you will drive the evolution of the web application used daily by terminal operators, truckers, and internal teams. You will own features end-to-end, managing the process from initial scoping with product teams through to production deployment. This position offers significant latitude to shape the technical direction of the app and make consequential decisions without extensive approval layers. The job description does not specify particular programming languages, tools, or required qualifications. It also does not state any specific language requirements for candidates. The working arrangement is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location. This role suits individuals who enjoy building impactful products for end-users and prefer a focused, cross-functional environment. You should be comfortable establishing effective collaboration with colleagues in Product, Design, Engineering, and QA. The company expects new hires to quickly become familiar with the existing codebase and architecture. Within the first month, you are expected to ship your first patch to production and build the context needed for independent work. By the three-month mark, you should be taking full ownership of features and actively contributing to architectural decisions.
