(Senior) Product Manager

This position involves leading the product-led growth strategy for a digital platform that links major brands with top-tier consultants. The daily focus is on optimizing user activation, onboarding processes, and habit loops to turn the product into a primary sales channel. You will analyze data to define metrics, run experiments, and eliminate friction from both client and consultant journeys. Collaboration with engineering, design, and data teams is essential within a fast-paced agile environment, alongside alignment with sales and management to support revenue goals. The role requires strong analytical skills, as you must rely on dashboards and numerical evidence rather than opinions. Daily use of AI tools is a mandatory part of the workflow. Candidates need at least three years of product management experience, preferably within a marketplace or SaaS context, with a proven track record of implementing product-led growth strategies. Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher is required for both written and spoken communication. The job is based in Berlin and requires an onsite presence, meaning candidates must be located there or willing to relocate. This opportunity suits individuals who are deeply committed to product-led growth as a core business strategy rather than just a trend, and who thrive in a fast-moving team environment where they can have significant ownership from the start.
