Apoyo en la documentación de la renovación / actualización de la infraestructura, tales como: Unidad de almacenamiento, switch principal, Sistema de videovigilancia y control de acceso. Apoyo en el desarrollo de documentación de DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) Apoyo en las tareas básicas de soporte técnico en el área de IT como administración de cuentas de usuario, soporte técnico de primer nivel a usuarios finales vía remota. Escolaridad: Estudiantes de últimos semestres en carreras como: Ing. En sistemas Computacionales, Lic. Informática o a fin. Ingles: intermedio. (contestar correo y leer manuales) Áreas de Interés: infraestructura, comunicaciones, aplicaciones en la nube, servicio al cliente (Help desk).
