Applied AI Engineer (LLM Systems & Integration)

Converse Bank is hiring an Applied AI Engineer in Yerevan to build and integrate LLM-based solutions for production use. The role focuses on turning business and process needs into secure, reliable AI systems, with work across backend development, APIs, databases, testing, CI/CD, logging, and support in enterprise settings. Candidates should have at least 3 years of backend engineering experience, strong Python or C#/.NET skills, and practical experience with LLM application development such as prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, tool use, and evaluation. It is well suited to engineers who have worked on data-heavy applications, production AI systems, and, ideally, regulated or banking environments.
