HR Business Partner

Cordance is looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to support its portfolio of B2B SaaS companies across various countries, including the US, Canada, the UK, and New Zealand. This role involves daily responsibilities such as advising business leaders on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. The HRBP will also play a key role in mergers and acquisitions, focusing on integration planning and aligning people practices across newly acquired entities. Candidates should have experience in complex, multi-entity environments and be adept at navigating diverse employment practices and organizational cultures. The position requires a hands-on approach to resolving employee relations issues while also providing strategic guidance to senior leadership. Fluency in English is expected, given the global nature of the role.
