Director Finance - DC Construction & Operations Finance

Crusoe is hiring a Director of Finance for its construction and data center operations work in San Francisco. The role is responsible for financial oversight of capital projects from early build stages through energization, turnover, and ongoing operations, including budgeting, cost tracking, funding draws, reporting, and operating expense management. It works closely with teams across construction, project finance, operations, and accounting, and suits someone who is highly cross-functional, execution-focused, and comfortable bringing financial discipline to a fast-moving environment. Crusoe is looking for a problem-solver with urgency and ambition who wants to help build AI infrastructure.
