Customer Experience - Dental Lab Technician (French/English)

Dandy is seeking a Customer Experience Dental Lab Technician who is fluent in both Canadian French and English to join their remote team in Canada. In this role, you will leverage your dental lab expertise to collaborate with clinicians on essential tasks such as patient scanning, case preparation, and design modifications. Daily responsibilities include providing real-time technical support, reviewing treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for patients. You will communicate directly with doctors through various channels, including phone, chat, and video, to troubleshoot issues and clarify workflows. The position requires a minimum of three years of experience in a dental technician role, along with at least two years of experience using 3Shape CAD/CAM design for Implant and Crown & Bridge cases. A strong understanding of digital dental workflows is also essential. This role is ideal for individuals who are experienced in the dental field and possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
