About the role

DBServices Portugal is seeking a full-time Android Developer to work remotely. The role involves daily tasks related to developing Android applications using Android Studio. Candidates should be proficient in Kotlin and/or Java and familiar with architectural patterns such as MVP, MVVM, or MVI. Experience with Jetpack Components and version control systems like Git is essential. Additional skills that are considered advantageous include knowledge of Hilt or Dagger 2 for dependency injection, Room for database management, and testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, and Espresso. Familiarity with Jetpack Compose and Motion Layout, as well as CI/CD tools, is also beneficial. Fluency in advanced English is required for this position. This role is suitable for developers who are passionate about mobile application development and possess a solid understanding of modern Android development practices.
