Mental Health Management Consultant (LPC/LCSW/LMFT)

Spring Health is seeking a Mental Health Management Consultant with LPC, LCSW, or LMFT qualifications for a full-time remote position. The role involves providing management consultations to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness, primarily during shifts from 1:30 PM to 10 PM ET or 11 AM to 7:30 PM ET. Daily responsibilities include coordinating and delivering virtual critical incident responses, completing management referral intakes, and ensuring appropriate placement of referred employees. The consultant will also monitor employee compliance and provide feedback to supervisors and HR managers. Candidates should be comfortable using AI tools and applying human judgment to support their work. This role reports to the Clinical Manager and requires a proactive approach to workplace concerns.
