Salesforce CPQ Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation

Deloitte’s Sales & Service practice helps organisations deepen customer relationships through strategy, analytics, generative AI and other innovative technologies, and this senior consulting role supports functional transformation projects in Portland. The day‑to‑day work involves analysing current‑state processes, spotting improvement opportunities and documenting recommendations for a future state. You will also create project artefacts such as detailed workplans, process maps, regular status updates and executive‑level presentations. Coordinating with client and internal project teams, you will track decisions, risks, dependencies and action items to keep the engagement on schedule. Data analysis and stakeholder interviews are performed to support the formulation of recommendations and the planning of implementation steps. The position is best suited to candidates who enjoy guiding transformation projects, interacting with diverse stakeholders and delivering high‑quality outputs under pressure.
