Construction Project Manager

Digitain is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects in Yerevan. The role involves daily coordination with contractors, engineers, design consultants, and government authorities, ensuring compliance with Armenian construction legislation and technical standards. Candidates should have a professional degree in Architecture, with registration or licensing as an architect being advantageous. Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp is required, along with a minimum of five years of experience in construction project management or a senior management role, ideally with an architectural background. Fluency in both Armenian and English is essential for effective communication. The position demands strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet strict deadlines. Regular travel to project sites is expected, making this role suitable for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and possess a comprehensive understanding of construction processes in Armenia.
