Senior Product Designer

Dispatch is hiring a Senior Product Designer to own design for a key part of its platform focused on custodian and data workflows. The role involves taking problems from discovery through to high-fidelity design, creating clear experiences for complex, data-heavy tools used by financial advisors and support teams, and working closely with product and engineering to bring ideas into production. It also includes helping strengthen the design function and contributing to the design system as the team grows. This position suits an experienced product designer with a strong portfolio, experience shipping complex work, research and testing skills, and a background in workflow tools or other technically informed interfaces.
