Corporate Lawyer

Documan.am is seeking a Corporate Lawyer for a full-time, on-site position in Yerevan, Armenia. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and corporate documents, as well as advising on corporate governance, legal risk, and regulatory compliance. Daily tasks include conducting legal research, preparing legal opinions, and providing practical guidance to management on business decisions. The Corporate Lawyer will also coordinate with external counsel, manage corporate filings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on transactions and partnerships. Candidates should possess strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, particularly in contract negotiation and governance. The role requires the ability to conduct thorough legal research and produce clear legal documentation. A law degree from an accredited institution is necessary, and admission to practice law in Armenia is preferred. Proficiency in Armenian and English is essential, with Russian being an additional advantage. The position is well-suited for individuals with prior experience in corporate or technology-related legal practice, who can work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
