Werkstudent*in im Projektmanagement

This student position involves supporting the product consulting team with daily operations and occasional client project tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating websites and landing pages, as well as making adjustments to code using CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. You will also handle documentation of project milestones within a management tool and assist with data integration between online registration systems and on-site solutions. The role requires configuring, testing, and shipping hardware such as scanners, while also supporting clients with entry management both remotely and during on-site events. Additionally, you will contribute to process optimization projects by bringing your own ideas to the table. Candidates should be enrolled in a university program for at least three more semesters, ideally studying business informatics or a related field. Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript is required, along with a willingness to learn new software. The position demands a service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and comfort with direct client interaction. Fluency in German and very good English skills are mandatory for this role. The working arrangement involves a commitment of 16 to 20 hours per week, though specific office or remote details are not explicitly defined beyond the mention of on-site support tasks. This opportunity suits students who seek a dynamic side job where they can learn from experienced colleagues, expand their technical know-how, and actively contribute their own input to team projects rather than just executing assigned tasks.
