Douson is looking for a full-time Production Manager in Masis to run its furniture manufacturing workshop. The role focuses on overseeing production operations, coordinating staff, improving work processes, supporting new technology introduction, maintaining product quality, and managing the movement and storage of materials and finished goods while ensuring safety rules are followed. Applicants should have a technical higher education, at least 5 years of experience in production, and more than 3 years in a management role; experience in textiles, furniture, or similar manufacturing is an advantage. The job suits organized, responsible candidates with strong communication and teamwork skills, good Armenian and Russian, and computer knowledge, with 1C and English considered as pluses.
