Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d)

ecosio is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to enhance their test infrastructure and collaborate closely with the product team. The role involves developing and maintaining quality assurance systems for backend technologies, including JUnit 5, Spring, and Kubernetes. Responsibilities include participating in chaos and performance testing, identifying and reporting defects, and overseeing software releases and regression testing. The ideal candidate should have strong Java expertise and professional experience in quality assurance, along with a solid understanding of both automated and manual testing practices. Familiarity with API testing frameworks is also required. Proficiency in written and spoken technical English is essential. While not mandatory, a background in IT education and experience with Kubernetes or GitLab would be advantageous.
