Automation & AI Operations Engineer (m/w/d)

This position involves creating artificial intelligence applications to assist the company’s consulting team. The role requires integrating these tools with internal expertise and client data, while regularly verifying the accuracy of the outputs. You will also analyze customer information to identify potential churn and embed the developed solutions into existing systems. Documentation of all created solutions is a key part of the daily responsibilities. Candidates need professional experience in developing AI applications and familiarity with specific platforms such as Claude, Supabase, Make, n8n, Airtable, or Retool. Practical knowledge of databases is also required. The job demands a meticulous and structured approach to work. Applicants must possess very good German skills and good English proficiency. The working arrangement is hybrid, requiring presence in the Munich office for two fixed days per week, with the remaining time spent working from home.
