We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical BIM Modeler to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing comprehensive Building Information Models for coastal and waterfront construction projects. You will work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop accurate 3D models that drive project efficiency and coordination. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to precision in all modeling deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using industry-standard software for coastal and maritime construction projects Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project specifications Extract and organize project data from BIM models to support construction planning and scheduling Identify and resolve modeling conflicts and inconsistencies through systematic analysis and coordination Prepare technical drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models for construction teams Ensure all models adhere to established BIM standards, protocols, and best practices specific to coastal projects Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate design changes and project modifications into models efficiently Conduct quality assurance reviews to maintain model integrity and data accuracy throughout project phases Support project teams with BIM-related problem-solving and technical guidance Document modeling processes and maintain organized project files for future reference 3-5 years of professional experience in BIM modeling and 3D visualization Demonstrated expertise with BIM software platforms such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or Navisworks Proven experience working on coastal, waterfront, or maritime construction projects Strong proficiency in CAD software and technical drawing interpretation Solid understanding of building codes, standards, and construction practices relevant to coastal environments Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple project deliverables Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail Proficiency in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and communicating technical information clearly Knowledge of BIM coordination protocols and clash detection methodologies Preferred: Experience with quantity takeoff, cost estimation, or construction sequencing through BIM Preferred: Familiarity with coastal engineering principles and maritime construction challenges Preferred: Experience with BIM collaboration platforms and cloud-based project management tools
