Requirements Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Experience in school counseling or related roles, preferably within an educational setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff. Understanding of child and adolescent development and mental health issues. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional ethics. Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding policies.
