Senior BI Analyst

EPAM Systems is looking for a Senior BI Analyst to join their team in Armenia, focusing on data-driven digital transformation across various sectors, including oil and gas, finance, and healthcare. The role involves leading the planning and execution of elicitation activities, working closely with both business and IT stakeholders. Daily tasks include designing and maintaining dashboards, collaborating on data migration projects, and translating business requirements into actionable insights. The analyst will also conduct data discovery and profiling using SQL, prepare documentation, and manage project backlogs. Candidates should have over five years of experience in data-related roles and be proficient in Agile methodologies, as they will participate in various Agile ceremonies. This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility to work from home or from EPAM's offices in Yerevan or Gyumri.
