Test Automation Architect (JavaScript / Python)

EPAM Systems is seeking a Test Automation Architect to join their Testing Competency Center, focusing on automation strategies within JavaScript or Python environments. In this role, you will design and implement comprehensive test automation architectures, define automation strategies, and build scalable solutions from the ground up. Collaboration with development, DevOps, and QA teams will be essential to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, while also driving improvements in test coverage and quality metrics. The position requires over five years of hands-on experience in test automation, with strong skills in JavaScript frameworks like Playwright or Cypress, and Python tools such as pytest or Robot Framework. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and cloud environments is necessary, and knowledge of AI-driven testing tools is advantageous. Good communication skills in English at a B2+ level are expected.
