UX/UI Developer

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Developer to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai, India. As a UX/UI Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences that meet both user needs and business objectives. Design and develop user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products Implement responsive designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Optimize user interfaces for maximum speed and scalability Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices Participate in design reviews and iterate on designs based on feedback Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and guidelines 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design and development Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing Excellent prototyping skills to effectively communicate design concepts Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices Experience working with design systems and style guides Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred) Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends and industry best practices Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects and problem-solving abilities All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
