Floor Supervisor

Evolution is hiring a full-time Floor Supervisor in Grand Rapids, MI to oversee gaming floor activity during a shift and support smooth table operations. The role involves tracking team performance, helping meet operational targets, coordinating projects and deadlines, and managing staff issues such as attendance and discipline. It suits someone with 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong organization, good technical skills, and the ability to work flexible hours. Experience as a game presenter or shuffler is preferred but not essential.

The Floor Supervisor will have complete oversight of the gaming floor during their assigned shift. This individual will be responsible for monitoring the operations of the floor, ensuring tables are running smoothly without error and providing supervisory support to team members.
