Gaming Floor Operations Supervisor (Online Casino)

Evolution is hiring a Gaming Floor Operations Supervisor for its online casino operation in Atlantic City. The role oversees the gaming floor during a shift, supports staff, keeps table activity running effectively, and helps ensure performance targets and operational standards are met. It also involves supervising and motivating the team, managing schedules and attendance, handling employee issues when needed, and coordinating projects and deadlines. The position suits someone with some supervisory experience, strong organization and technical skills, and flexibility to work varied hours.

The Gaming Floor Operations Supervisor (Online Casino) will have complete oversight of the gaming floor during their assigned shift. This individual will be responsible for monitoring the operations of the floor, ensuring tables are running smoothly without error and providing supervisory support to team members.
