As a Loan officer you will report directly to the sales manager and must commit to customer service and relationship development from both Inbound and Outbound sales/marketing for FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, USDA and HECM products. You have the ability to work in the areas you excel while we work together on coaching areas that need improvement. Loan officers must: Have the necessary level of product knowledge to effectively promote the Bank’s products and services by delivering value Educate customers on the benefits of the Bank’s products and services, and effectively advocate them to position the Loan Officer as the clients trusted adviser Educate themselves daily along with management regarding industry and tech data/trends Educate customers by understanding their needs,goals,pains,etc... before educating on product type Detailed conceptualization of the mortgage industry, from originating, processing, underwriting, closing, and funding loans In depth knowledge Microsoft Office Must maintain a positive attitude and professional environment for customers and team members, Must have great relationship building and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and be goal oriented Minimum of one year of similar or related experience with lending, an ability to work with Windows based software and ability to navigate Internet. Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to maintain a larger picture perspective Potential Earnings = Six Figures $120,000+ !!!
