Data Analyst-Data Management and Analytics-Data Ops/Data Analyst

EXL is seeking a Data Analyst for their Pune office, requiring 5 to 9 years of relevant experience. The role involves data management and analytics, focusing on data mapping, documentation, and the design of data assets. Candidates should have hands-on experience with query languages such as HQL or SQL, particularly in Spark SQL, and familiarity with Big Data frameworks like Hadoop, Hive, and Spark. Knowledge of data quality validation, data cleaning, and preparation is essential, along with an understanding of ER diagrams and data modeling concepts. Experience in the Wholesale Banking domain, particularly in credit and lending, is preferred, along with exposure to credit risk frameworks like Basel II, III, and IFRS 9. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Qlik Sense and cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure is advantageous. The role is suited for individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who can work within an Agile framework.
