1) To process shipments per company policy and customer SOP 2) Ability to communicate with overseas branches as a team 3) To provide professional answers to customer inquiries in timely manner 4) To properly maintain system records 5) To assist other team members to achieve organizational goals 6) Ability to convey special requests to our service providers in order to fulfill customer SOP 7) Ability to check against service provider billing invoice Bachelor Degree from College/ University or equivalent Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must Familiar with Microsoft Office and Visio Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results. Pro-active, strong organizational skills. Good Microsoft Office skills Fluent in operational English, both oral and written
