Solutions Architect III

ExtraHop is seeking a Solutions Architect III to join their remote Solutions Architecture team, which emphasizes customer success over billable hours. In this role, you will engage with complex business and technology challenges across various industries. Daily tasks include advanced GUI and Trigger Script development, as well as intermediate work with external REST APIs. A solid understanding of networking and application design is essential, along with the ability to analyze customer network topologies and application stacks to gather valuable data. You will also be responsible for profiling industry-specific applications, creating technical documentation, and conducting root cause analyses of significant technology issues.
