Network & Business Development Manager

Finbox Armenia is seeking a Network & Business Development Manager to enhance its ATM network and foster strategic partnerships. The role involves identifying new ATM locations, negotiating placement agreements, and overseeing the launch of new machines throughout Armenia. Additionally, the manager will build relationships with retail chains and property owners, while also focusing on expanding the company's B2B services. Responsibilities include coordinating ATM logistics, analyzing location performance, and managing development projects from negotiation to implementation. Candidates should have proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or partnership management, along with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. A commercial mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects independently are essential. Fluency in Armenian and Russian is required, with English being an advantage. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are necessary, as the role involves regular travel within Yerevan and across Armenia. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in banking, fintech, payments, retail, or logistics.
