Engineering Manager, Growth

Fleetio is hiring a remote Engineering Manager to lead its Growth Engineering squads and help drive customer and business impact through product-led growth. The role oversees teams working on activation, adoption, and monetization across the customer journey, and includes building and developing engineers while bringing Growth 2 into the wider organization. It calls for someone with direct experience managing engineering teams in growth and experimentation settings, along with strong skills in experimentation, analytics, event tracking, and product development.
