This role involves guiding clients from initial project phases through to full process automation, fostering long-term partnerships with a high degree of autonomy. You will actively manage relationships with hardware partners to co-develop new solutions and synergies for the client base. The position requires steering manufacturer-independent vehicle fleets and optimizing logistics processes holistically rather than simply handling individual support tickets. Candidates must possess several years of practical experience with EWM, WM, or TLS systems, along with a deep understanding of how forklifts, route trains, and mobile robots operate in real-world settings. Profound knowledge of the VDA 5050 standard is essential, specifically regarding the interaction between various vehicles, systems, and interfaces. The job demands confident negotiation skills and the ability to persuade decision-makers, requiring fluent communication in both German and English.
