Senior Product Manager, Video

Flock Safety is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their video division, focusing on the development of a cloud video platform. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product roadmap for various video workflows, including live viewing and video management. You will collaborate with teams across Engineering, Design, and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches, while also conducting customer discovery to inform product requirements. The position emphasizes the importance of balancing customer needs with the reliability and scalability of the infrastructure. Candidates should have experience in product management, particularly with SaaS platforms or cloud infrastructure, and be capable of leading technical initiatives that involve both user-facing applications and backend systems. This role is fully remote, making it suitable for individuals who thrive in a flexible work environment. The position is ideal for those who enjoy a hands-on approach to product vision and strategy, rather than focusing solely on project management or user interface design.
