The successful candidate will also participate in annual and quarterly closing processes, manage budget cycles, and develop management control tools and indicators. A minimum of eight years of operational management control experience is required, ideally with a background in auditing. Candidates should possess a master's degree from a business school or equivalent, along with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Proficiency in English is necessary, and the role demands strong analytical abilities, organizational skills, and a proactive approach.
