Senior Product Manager, Lab

Fundraise Up is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Lab, located in Yerevan, Armenia, with a remote working option during core hours of 9:00–18:00 CET. This role involves managing a portfolio of product initiatives, ensuring that each project has a clear hypothesis and decision-making criteria. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing experiments, assessing risks, and making informed decisions on whether to scale, iterate, pivot, or discontinue projects. The position requires strong analytical skills to establish a repeatable prioritization method based on evidence rather than enthusiasm. Fluency in both English and Russian is essential for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders. This role is ideal for an experienced individual contributor who thrives in a startup-like environment and is comfortable taking ownership of high-impact projects. The Senior Product Manager will report directly to the VP of Product and play a crucial role in driving innovation within the company.
