Lead Android Engineer

Future PLC is looking for a Lead Android Engineer to guide the direction of its Android products and build the apps members use each day. The role covers both the main phone app and Wear OS, with work on onboarding, messaging, scheduling, workouts, progress tracking, health data connections, and video calls. It is a hands-on position that involves writing production code, making architecture decisions, and supporting other engineers while working closely with product, design, backend, and iOS teams. The company is seeking someone with strong experience in modern Android development who can work across app performance, reliability, connectivity, and wearable integrations in a small senior team.
