The role focuses on maintaining a very high standard of quality across the work the team produces, spanning brands, communities, devices, and apps. It will suit an experienced design leader who is comfortable working in a worker-owned, decentralized environment that values collaboration, autonomy, and shared responsibility. The collective works with a wide range of clients and also builds its own products and community spaces.
