Product Manager - Compliance

Gate is hiring a Product Manager for compliance work focused on a digital asset exchange. The role involves planning and overseeing compliance-related products, including local market versions, and making sure features fit the rules in different jurisdictions. Day to day, the job includes monitoring changes in global crypto regulation, assessing compliance risks, and helping implement policy updates through product changes. It also covers designing and improving features for identity checks, anti-money laundering, know-your-customer processes, and related internal tools and reporting. The person in this role will work closely with legal, risk, technology, and operations teams, write product requirement documents, and support product launches and ongoing compliance monitoring. The advert asks for a bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in law, finance, computer studies, or international trade, along with at least two years in product management and one year in compliance or regional product work. It also looks for familiarity with the crypto industry and with areas such as AML, KYC, and data protection. Strong English ability is preferred. The job is remote and full time.
