Floor supervisor

Golden Palace Hotel Yerevan is hiring a Floor Supervisor for a full-time role in Yerevan. The position focuses on overseeing service on the floor, supporting guests, guiding front-of-house staff, and making sure dining areas meet the hotel’s standards for presentation, cleanliness, and safety. The supervisor will also help with stock control and support the Food and Beverage manager with business and marketing plans. This role suits someone with hospitality experience, strong service knowledge, good leadership and communication skills, and fluency in English and Russian.
