ABOUT THE ROLE BrightPath Technologies is seeking a Talent Advisor to lead full-cycle recruiting and help hiring managers make thoughtful, informed hiring decisions. You will serve as a trusted partner across the business, translating team needs into recruiting strategies and delivering a positive, consistent candidate experience. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake meetings and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing. - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and evaluation criteria. - Build candidate pipelines through targeted outreach, referrals, and talent mapping. - Conduct recruiter screens to assess relevant experience, motivation, and alignment with role expectations. - Guide interview debriefs and help teams make decisions grounded in clear evidence. - Advise leaders on talent availability, compensation expectations, and recruiting challenges. - Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process. - Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and use recruiting metrics to identify improvements. - Strengthen recruiting processes, interview practices, and hiring manager training. WHAT YOU’LL BRING - At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an in-house environment. - Experience managing multiple searches across different business functions and levels. - Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to advise and challenge hiring partners. - Proven ability to source passive talent and close candidates. - Clear communication, sound judgment, and strong organizational skills. - Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting data to inform decisions. - A commitment to fair, consistent hiring practices and an excellent candidate experience.
