Strategic Finance & Business Operations

HappyRobot is hiring a remote Strategic Finance & Business Operations professional to help establish its finance function and support key company projects. The role combines financial planning and analysis with hands-on business operations, including reporting, forecasting, headcount planning, and work on high-priority initiatives. It reports to the Head of Finance and works closely with the founders and leadership team. The company is looking for someone with strong analytical experience, such as from investment banking or private equity, who can also operate quickly and practically in an early-stage environment.
