Project Manager (Russian Speaker) Finance

Harakter Invest is seeking a full-time Project Manager who speaks Russian for a role based in Dubai. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing finance-related projects, particularly in the mortgage sector, from start to finish. Daily tasks include coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, preparing status reports, and ensuring effective communication among internal teams, clients, and external partners, especially Russian-speaking stakeholders. The position requires managing logistics, organizing inspections, and maintaining documentation for project deliverables and financial approvals. Candidates should have strong project management skills, experience in finance or investment, and the ability to understand project financials and reporting. Fluency in both Russian and English is essential, along with strong communication skills to engage with multilingual stakeholders. The role demands strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, as well as an independent mindset for team management. This position is suited for individuals who can work collaboratively on-site in Dubai and manage multiple priorities effectively.
